Terms of Service

These terms apply to Office-B, provided by SFT Legacy Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202101020127). A signed service agreement with a client takes priority over these terms.

1. The service

Office-B gives a business a team of AI assistants, an app, and optional WhatsApp and calendar features. We set it up, train the business and provide support during the subscription.

2. AI output

Office-B produces drafts and suggestions. The business is responsible for reviewing what it sends or relies on. Office-B is not a lawyer, accountant or tax agent; legal, tax and financial matters should be confirmed with a qualified professional.

3. Acceptable use

Clients must use Office-B lawfully, follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies, have consent to message their customers, and not upload content they have no right to use.

4. Fees

Fees, minimum terms and payment are set out in the client's plan or service agreement.

5. Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. Clients own their business data.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
